The controller of personal data collected through xm.solomate-vip.com, xm.solov.cc, and related Xingmang AI services is LINFENG AURORA INC, doing business as Xingmang AI.

Xingmang AI is a brand name only. LINFENG AURORA INC is the legal entity that determines why and how personal data is processed, that contracts with customers, and that receives service payments.

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• ·Checkout details: the email you enter, used for confirmations, receipts, and service notices.
• ·Order records: order ID, plan, amount, currency (USD), payment channel, status, and timestamps.
• ·Provider receipts: the transaction ID Stripe returns, used for reconciliation and refunds.
• ·Server logs: request time, path, and error messages, used for debugging and security.

We do not collect or store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVVs. Stripe collects those on its own pages. Our servers never touch them. From Stripe we only see limited details such as card brand and last four digits for reconciliation.

• ·To perform the contract with you: create the order, take USD payment through Stripe, enable the service, deduct API Credits for your own usage, and process refunds.
• ·To communicate about the service: receipts, renewal reminders, and outage notices. These are transactional and are not marketing opt-outs.
• ·For security and fraud prevention: to spot unusual checkout or abuse.
• ·To meet legal tax and bookkeeping duties.

We do not sell your email, and we do not use it for ads unrelated to this service.

We do not use personal data to operate a third-party payment, money-transmission, or merchant-settlement service.

We share data only with processors we need:

• ·Stripe, Inc.: the only payment processor we use. Your email and the USD order amount are sent to Stripe to create a checkout session. Stripe is an independent controller of payment data under its own privacy policy.
• ·Hosting and infrastructure vendors: they host this site and its data, and only access it when operations require it.

We do not share customer data with Alipay, WeChat Pay, Mainland China payment institutions, or any other payment service provider.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we must protect our rights or someone else’s.

Our servers and Stripe may be in different countries, including the United States. Using the service means your order data may be transferred there and processed locally. We use contractual and technical measures to protect that transfer.

• ·Orders and transactions: 7 years after the transaction, for tax records.
• ·Server logs: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• ·Account and contact details: for as long as the account is active. After you close it we delete them except records we must keep by law.

Where the law allows, you can ask us to:

• ·Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• ·Correct inaccurate information.
• ·Delete information, except transaction records we must keep.
• ·Restrict or object to certain processing.
• ·Export the data you gave us in a structured format.

The public site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The admin panel uses one necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is first-party and not used for tracking. Stripe’s checkout pages may set their own cookies for fraud prevention under Stripe’s privacy policy.

This service is for businesses and developers, not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you think we did, contact us and we will delete it.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If the purpose of processing changes in a material way, we will also email you.
