Terms of Service

Xingmang AI is a product brand. The legal entity that operates this website, provides the AI API gateway and related software services, enters into the contract with you, receives customer payments, and recognizes the related revenue is LINFENG AURORA INC.

LINFENG AURORA INC is a domestic profit corporation organized under the laws of State of Colorado, United States. Colorado Secretary of State entity identification number: 20261749644. Principal office: 1761 West 55th Place, Denver, CO 80221, United States.

In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean LINFENG AURORA INC, doing business as Xingmang AI. You contract with LINFENG AURORA INC, not with an unincorporated brand name.

The official customer-facing website is xm.solomate-vip.com. The API and technical-service hostname is xm.solov.cc. Both domains are owned, operated, and controlled by LINFENG AURORA INC. Services offered on either domain have the same operator, contracting party, and payment-receiving entity: LINFENG AURORA INC.

Registering, placing an order, or using the service on xm.solomate-vip.com or xm.solov.cc means you have read and accept these terms.

If you accept on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

LINFENG AURORA INC, doing business as Xingmang AI provides an AI API gateway, hosted cloud infrastructure, and related software development for the customer’s own use. Features, quotas, and technical targets are those listed on the plan you buy.

We may change features over time. If a change materially reduces a core capability of a plan you already paid for, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You may request a pro-rated refund during that notice window.

Some plans include prepaid API Credits. Credits are a closed-loop service allowance for measuring usage of our own AI API gateway and related technical services. They are not money, stored value, or a payment instrument.

• ·API Credits may only be used to consume AI API gateway and related technical services provided by LINFENG AURORA INC itself.
• ·API Credits cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other withdrawable asset.
• ·API Credits cannot be transferred, traded, or sent peer-to-peer between customers.
• ·API Credits cannot be used to pay third-party merchants, suppliers, or any other third party.
• ·LINFENG AURORA INC does not receive, hold, transfer, or settle third-party funds on behalf of customers.
• ·LINFENG AURORA INC does not provide payment processing, money transmission, merchant settlement, custodial accounts, virtual accounts, virtual-card issuance, or similar payment or financial services to customers or third parties.

Unused Credits do not create a cash balance we hold for you. Refunds, when available, follow the Refund Policy and return USD to the original Stripe payment method.

Plans are prepaid for the period you select. The only payment method we offer is Stripe. Checkout prices, customer charges, and company settlement are in United States dollars (USD) only.

Complete payment path: Customer → card or other Stripe-supported method → Stripe Checkout (USD) → Stripe settlement (USD) → LINFENG AURORA INC → company revenue.

• ·The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. There is no RMB / CNY checkout price.
• ·LINFENG AURORA INC receives Stripe settlement in USD only.
• ·We do not use any PSP, acquirer, collection account, or settlement channel other than Stripe.
• ·We do not use any RMB collection account, Mainland China bank account, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other RMB payment channel.
• ·There is no CNY → USD conversion, collection, or settlement process operated by us. If your bank shows a local-currency amount, that conversion is performed by your card issuer, not by us.

Full card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe. Our servers never see or store complete card numbers.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact [email protected] first. Card statements and Stripe receipts identify LINFENG AURORA INC.

Unpaid invoices may lead to a service pause. Price changes are emailed at least 30 days ahead and do not affect a period you have already paid.

The service is offered to international business and developer customers. All purchases are billed in USD through Stripe.

LINFENG AURORA INC does not operate a Mainland China payment product, does not collect RMB, and does not run Mainland China–specific marketing campaigns for this service.

A customer’s card issuer and local law may still allow or restrict a purchase. We do not create a separate RMB-priced offering for Mainland China.

• ·You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secret. Usage and charges from those credentials are treated as yours.
• ·If a key leaks, contact us immediately so we can rotate it. We will help, but we are not responsible for charges incurred before rotation.
• ·Do not transfer, rent, or resell an account to a third party without our written consent.

Refund conditions, how to request one, and timing are in the separate Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

You may not use the service to:

• ·Break applicable law, or infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• ·Send spam, or distribute malware or phishing content.
• ·Bypass quotas, probe or attack our infrastructure, or run load tests without prior consent.
• ·Resell equivalent API gateway capacity to third parties unless we have a written agreement.
• ·Use API Credits, the gateway, or any account feature as a payment rail, wallet, or money-transmission service.

We may suspend an account immediately if we see clear abuse, and we will explain why when we can.

We target the availability stated on your plan. Planned maintenance, your own network, upstream provider outages, and force majeure do not count against that target. We schedule maintenance in off-peak hours when we can and announce it in advance.

The service, software, and documentation belong to LINFENG AURORA INC. Data and content you send through the service belong to you. We process them only as needed to provide the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow certain implied-warranty exclusions or liability limits. Where that is the case, the limits apply only as far as local law allows.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate after notice if you materially breach these terms. In an emergency (for example an active attack) we may terminate first and notify you after. After termination we keep your data for a reasonable period so you can export it, then delete it under our retention policy.

These terms may change. Material changes are announced by email or on-site notice at least 30 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, cancel before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises from these terms, both sides will try to resolve it by email first.
